At Elian Peaks, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with a product, we’re here to help with our straightforward return and refund policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
    • Unused and in the same condition as received
    • In its original packaging with tags, labels, and any accessories included
    • Accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation)

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Used, damaged, or altered items
  • Items returned after 7 days from the delivery date
  • Custom or personalized items (if applicable)
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
  2. Our team will respond within 2 business days with further instructions.
  3. Ship the product back to the address provided (shipping cost for returns is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or wrong).
  4. Once received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

4. Refund Process

  • Approved returns will be refunded via bank transfer within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.
  • Refunds are issued for the product price only; shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

6. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return the original and place a new order.
